In Power Yoga we use integrating postures to form sequential movements along with isometric holds. All to developed specifically to tone the body and obtain optimal active flexibility. This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. You will find meditation within the movements, strengthening your focus and calming the mind. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.
