Yoga During Pregnancy
Our 6-week block of classes will begin on Sunday, February 11th.
Our classes are open to all stages of pregnancy.
Classes will be held every Sunday from 11:30am to 12:45pm

This class offers a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers to bond with their baby, relax and ease the pains of pregnancy on the body.
During the 75minute session you will be guided through Yoga, targeted stretches, meditation techniques and focused breathing to help you feel more centred, and ready to enjoy the journey preparing for childbirth.

This class is open to those from first all the way to the end of your third trimester.

1 class per week
Valid for 6 weeks
