Service Description

This is a combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and yoga! In this class you will practice yoga moves along and some bursts of cardio for a short duration followed by a rest period (40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest) This high energy class is designed to get your heart rate up, increase your strength, mobility and get you sweating!
