A 6 week block designed to establish a solid foundation for your yoga practice Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class will enhance your form and increase your strength. Our sessions focus on dynamic movements at a controlled pace to improve endurance and conditioning while prioritizing proper form. Join us to elevate your yoga practice and build confidence in your abilities. With encouraging hands on assists, participants are empowered to adapt intelligently and listen to their bodies. Join us for a fun and invigorating session that will leave you feeling rejuvenated for the weekend ahead.
